After the implementation of federalism in Nepal, the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives has been established at the state level. There is an important contribution of all sectors to embody the dimensions of the country's development. Agriculture and animal husbandry are the main sectors of the Nepalese economy. For the development and prosperity of the national economy, the overall development and commercialization of agriculture and animal husbandry is a major need today. A national economy can be created by increasing the production and productivity of the agriculture and animal husbandry sector by including the abundant land as a means of production and the farmers as two-thirds of the productive power. Today's major need is to advance in the direction of progressive transformation of the society by commercializing, modernizing and industrializing the agriculture and animal husbandry sector, making it self-sufficient in agriculture and livestock production, import substitution and export promotion. The same Vomojim District Agricultural Development Office dated 2075/04/01 was officially canceled at the same place Province No. 2 According to the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 05/25/2077, Agricultural Knowledge Center Sirha has been established as a new office under the Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives. There are 11 posts of employees under this knowledge center. The working area of this agricultural knowledge center is all over Sirha district. Since this knowledge is under the central state government, it is working with new thinking according to the needs and wishes of the farmers.
